Refund & Cancellation Policy for Globe Allied Healthcare Skill Council

1. Introduction

At Globe Allied Healthcare Skill Council, we strive to ensure that our students and clients have a positive experience with our courses and services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations for our programs, courses, and services.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Course Cancellation by Globe Allied Healthcare Skill Council

  • Full Refund: If a course is canceled by Globe Allied Healthcare Skill Council due to unforeseen circumstances, enrolled students will receive a full refund of the course fee.
  • Notification: Students will be notified of the cancellation via email or phone at least 7 days before the scheduled start date of the course.

2.2 Course Cancellation by Student

  • Before Course Start Date:

    • Full Refund: If a student cancels their enrollment at least 14 days before the course start date, a full refund of the course fee will be provided.
    • Partial Refund: If a student cancels their enrollment between 7 to 13 days before the course start date, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
    • No Refund: No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date.
  • After Course Start Date:

    • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the course start date.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Process

  • Request Submission: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the admissions office at [insert email address]. The request should include the student's name, course name, and reason for the refund request.
  • Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the written request.

3.2 Non-Refundable Fees

  • Registration Fees: Registration fees are non-refundable.

  • In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other extenuating circumstances, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

4. Transfer Policy

4.1 Transfer to Another Course

  • Students may transfer their enrollment to another course offered by Globe Allied Healthcare Skill Council, subject to availability and approval.
  • Transfer Fee: A transfer fee of ?1,000 will be charged for each transfer request.
  • Deadline: Transfer requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the original course start date.
